Scope

The scope of Improvement Focus is defined using two dimensions:

Type of customer organisation

Given our current size, Improvement Focus targets organisations developing software with a development staff of 50-500 employees. Larger customers can be served by cooperating with partners.

Branch of industry

Improvement Focus currently actively targets the financial industry: banks, insurances and pension funds, and the automotive industry. This does not exclude us from working with other branches such as health care, energy or the government.
