André has conducted an initial CMMI appraisal within ING. The programme here had a very large scope, with several thousands of developers involved, both in The Netherlands and Belgium. After the appraisal André lead a team of 7 coaches, supporting all departments with their implementation of CMMI and AMS, the quality system chosen.
Jasper was one of the coaches, and is currently still actively supporting two departments.
